When I read reports that say, 'We've been discussing menopause, we've been hosting projects with female fire officers from across the UK and possibly even beyond, and also many other matters that appear around mental health and celebrating the work of individual leaders, and we're using the word 'our' rather than "I"', that seems to me all very positive. Does anybody else wish to raise matters in relation to any other correspondence?
