What consideration has the Cabinet Secretary given to amending the number of days campsites are able to operate without securing planning permission?

Welsh Government consulted on proposals for changes to the duration in days for which campsites could be open without securing planning permission, in early 2022. Consideration is being given to the detail of proposed changes to permitted development rights in the light of consultation responses. These changes will be introduced via subordinate legislation in the future.
