Will the Minister confirm whether consideration has been given to the guidance issued by the UK Government and UK Athletics on the safe return of road racing, and whether any action will be taken to restart such races?

Welsh Government officials have been working with national governing bodies of sport, mass participation sports event organisers and the wider events industry in developing guidance for the safe return of outdoor events. As part of this process, consideration has been given to the UK Athletics guidance on the safe return of road racing. All road running event organisers in Wales are advised to work closely with Welsh Athletics and their relevant local authority.
