Will the Minister provide an update on preparations for introducing a ban on the third party sale of cats and dogs in Wales?

The process of drafting new legislation for a ban of commercial third party sales has begun. Dependant on the finer detail and the legislative journey, I anticipate we would be looking for the Regulations to be laid and made as quickly as possible with a coming in to force date providing an adequate cushion for both business and enforcement changes to be made.
