Will the First Minister confirm whether a children's rights impact assessment has been undertaken on the latest review of the lockdown in Wales and, if so, will it be published?

The 21-day reviews of the lockdown regulations and restrictions involve the consideration of a range of options and an extensive body of supporting evidence. This includes assessments of the potential impacts of maintaining or easing restrictions on equalities and the rights of children and meeting other statutory duties. We must weigh the risks of direct and indirect harms to the health and wellbeing of all parts of our society as well as the possible social, economic and environmental impacts. I will be considering how best to present additional evidence alongside the outcomes of future reviews.
