Will the Welsh Government confirm if it has issued any guidance advising against staff alternating between care sites to avoid the spread of Covid-19 between different care homes?

Public Health Wales is responsible for producing public health advice in Wales, including in respect of infection control.  PHW issued updated guidance on 17 May for care homes on preventing Covid-19 among care home residents, and managing cases and outbreaks in residential settings.  This guidance is available at: https://phw.nhs.wales/topics/latest-information-on-novel-coronavirus-covid-19/information-for-healthcare-workers-in-wales/prevention-and-management-of-infection-and-outbreaks-of-covid-19-in-residential-settings-in-wales/.

In respect of care home staff this guidance states that homes should avoid using staff who are working in other residential or healthcare settings, to limit the spread of infection from one setting to another.
