Further to the announcement that £13m will be provided for a new health centre in Cardiff, will the Minister state how many Wellbeing Hubs the Welsh Government has funded in 2017/18, 2018/19, and 2019/20 separately?

The Welsh Government has provided funding for two Wellbeing Hubs in 2017/18, two schemes in 2018/19, and funding for the development of business cases for twelve integrated health and care projects in 2019/20 as part of the primary care pipeline intended to be delivered by December 2021.
