Will the Minister outline (a) survival rates (b) number of GP appointments before diagnosis and (c) referral rates for blood cancer for each of the last five years and commit to future publication of such data?

The Welsh Government does not routinely collect cancer survival rates, the number of GP appointments before diagnosis or the referral rates by tumour type. However, the number of referrals confirmed as haematological cancer by a specialist, is set out below. This is un-validated data.
