This Senedd:

1. Opposes the proposed M4 junction closures around Newport
2. Calls on the Welsh Government to carry out and publish a comprehensive impact assessment
3. Calls on the Welsh Government to engage fully with residents, businesses, emergency services, and others, ensuring their voices inform any decisions.
4. Calls on the Welsh Government to rule out junction closures and instead build an M4 relief road to improve traffic flow.
