National Assembly for Wales

This Senedd:
1. Celebrates the Coleg Cambria Social Partnership as a Welsh success story.
2. Recognises the extent to which the college, UCU Cymru and UNISON have developed a solution-focused system of collaboration capable of delivering major, tangible improvements.
3. Acknowledges that Coleg Cambria is pioneering creative answers to some of post-16 education’s most pressing challenges such as AI workload mitigation, the move towards a four-day week, wellbeing, or elevating the learner voice.
4. Believes that necessary change is best achieved through collaboration and encourages the Welsh Government, Medr and the wider sector to promote this model of social partnership across post-16 education in Wales.
