National Assembly for Wales

This Senedd:
1. Recognises the invaluable role played by health visitors around Wales.
2. Notes that health visitors in Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board went through a job evaluation process which matched their role, education and experience to a band 7 profile.
3. Acknowledges that the failure to honour this has led to the industrial action called by health visitors since February 2026.
4. Notes that the effected workforce is all female.
5. Calls on the Welsh Government to take measures to ensure that this job evaluation process is honoured and band 6 health visitors are upgraded to band 7 without delay.
