2. Notes the role of Creative Wales and the need to ensure it is properly resourced to support collaboration and growth.

3. Supports continued efforts to promote fair work across the sector.

4. Calls for a new, inclusive Culture Strategy developed with stakeholders, including creative professionals and trade unions.
