National Assembly for Wales

This Senedd:
1. Acknowledges that the probation service in its current form is failing the people of Wales.
2. Extends it condolences to Nadine Marshall and all the families who have had loved ones killed by individuals under the supervision of the probation service.
3. Calls on the Welsh Government to commission an independent review into the probation service in Wales
4. Calls for a devolved probation service that safeguards the individuals and communities of Wales.
5. Commends the tireless campaigning of Nadine Marshall and VOICE.
