This Senedd:
1. Notes with concern the belief by public and private organisations that all information should be provided online.
2. Further notes that the National Survey for Wales 20190-20 found that 10 per cent of people in Wales do not use the internet.
3. Believes that the provision of information via written means is important for many people.
4. Supports the provision of council public notices in local newspapers.
