1. Congratulates Geraint Thomas on his recent success in the Giro d’Italia.
2. Recognises the invaluable contribution Geraint Thomas has made to promote the sport of cycling in Wales and beyond, and in promoting Wales on the world stage.
3. Wishes ‘G’ the best of luck in the future as he continues to compete at the highest level of professional cycling
