This Senedd:

1. Notes:

a) that 7 September 2022 was International Day of Clean Air for blue skies;

b) the work of Healthy Air Cymru and the Cross-Party Group on a Clean Air Act to raise awareness of the dangers of air pollution;

c) the commitment by the Welsh Government to introduce a Clean Air Bill within the next 12 months.

2. Calls on the Welsh Government to introduce an ambitious Clean Air Bill as soon as possible to enshrine in law new WHO air quality guidelines and give everyone the ‘right to breathe’ clean air.
