This Senedd:

1) Notes that ear cropping and tail docking is illegal in the UK unless performed by a vet for medical reasons
2) Is concerned that illegal dog cropping is on the rise with reports to the RSPCA increasing from 14 in 2015 to 101 in 2020.
3) Calls on the Welsh Government to redouble its efforts to stamp out the illegal and cruel mutilation of dogs in Wales.
4) Supports the prosecution of those groups and individuals who commit cruel crimes against animals
