This Senedd:
1. Notes that over 380,000 people have tested positive for COVID-19 and over 8,000 people have died in Wales since the pandemic began.
2. Notes the success of the vaccination programme and pays tribute to the work of key workers and volunteers.
3. Notes the decision made by the UK and Scottish Government to hold public inquiries.
4. Believes that decisions taken by the Welsh Government should be scrutinised here in Wales.
5. Calls on the Welsh Government to establish an independent inquiry into the decisions taken by them and Welsh public bodies before and during the pandemic.
