This Senedd:
1. Notes Armed Forces Week 2020 and Armed Forces Day on 27 June 2020.
2. Recognises the contribution made by the Armed Forces in Wales.
3. Thanks the military for their efforts during the coronavirus pandemic.
4. Welcomes the work of Wales’s Armed Forces Liaison Officers in supporting delivery of the Armed Forces
Covenant.
5. Regrets that funding for Armed Forces Liaison Officers in Wales ends in March 2021.
6. Calls upon the Welsh Government to further demonstrate its commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant via long-term funding for Wales’s Armed Forces Liaison Officer posts.
