Will the First Minister make a statement on the provision of endometriosis care?

Endometriosis is one of the eight priority areas in the women’s health plan. There are seven clearly defined actions, including raising awareness, improving information available for patients and providing training and education for healthcare practitioners to ensure it is understood as a chronic condition. These will improve the experience of women accessing information, treatment and support for endometriosis. We continue to fund a specialist endometriosis nurse in each health board.

What action is the Welsh Government taking to ensure that childcare provision is affordable and accessible for working parents?

This year, we are investing more than £150 million in funded childcare programmes, and I would like to thank you for the £30 million of that which was part of your budget agreement. The childcare offer for Wales provides up to 30 hours per week of combined nursery education and funded childcare for three and four-year-olds, and our Flying Start childcare provision for two-year-olds continues to expand across Wales.
