What assessment has the Welsh Government made of the need for a flood forum for Wales?
We are aware of the widespread interest in establishing a national flood forum for Wales. We are keen to explore how we can use their services more widely, and my officials are in discussion with the national flood forum to develop proposals.
What recent assessment has the Welsh Government undertaken of the economic impact on Wales of the UK leaving the European Union?
The EU is our closest and most important trading partner. Although we have not conducted a formal assessment of the economic impact of EU exit, we continue to monitor the impact of the UK’s exit from the EU on Wales, using the data available to us.
What are the First Minister’s current plans and goals for reducing the number of children living in poverty?
The child poverty strategy sets out our ambitions for tackling child poverty, outlining how we will work across Government and with partners to maximise the impact of the levers and powers available to us here in Wales.
What is the Welsh Government doing to ensure there are sufficient stocks of medication available for the people of Wales?
Although supply of medicines is devolved, where appropriate, the Department of Health and Social Care takes the lead role on the management of medicines supply and shortages, to ensure NHS patients across the UK have equity of access to medicines.
