Will the Cabinet Secretary provide an update on the provision of co-operative housing in Wales?
We are committed to supporting the development of co-operative and community-led housing in Wales. We have increased funding through Cwmpas to £180,000 over the three years 2022-23 to 2024-25. Cwmpas are prioritising support for 38 community-led groups seeking to deliver affordable housing in Wales.
Will the Cabinet Secretary outline the Welsh Government's strategy for local government reorganisation?
The Welsh Government has no plans to reorganise local government.
Will the Cabinet Secretary make a statement on the future of the Ffos-y-fran opencast coal mine?
The safeguarding and restoration of the site remains our objective, alongside our wish to see full site restoration in line with planning permission. Welsh Government has reiterated the vital importance of public sector collaboration, and we are working closely with the local authority both at ministerial and official level.

Will the Cabinet Secretary make a statement on her priorities for schools in South Wales East?
My priorities for schools in South Wales East include raising levels of attainment and closing the gap for our poorest learners.
Will the Cabinet Secretary review the maximum income threshold for an individual to be eligible for a personal learning account?
The income threshold for the personal learning account is reviewed annually to reflect the median income in Wales. There are also some PLA interventions in priority areas such as net zero and digital where the wage criteria is not applied to eligibility.
Will the Cabinet Secretary provide an update on the Welsh Government's work to ensure that schools are inclusive learning experiences and environments for all?
We want all learners to feel included. All learning experiences should respect and value the uniqueness of every learner and reflect diversity. We provide a range of national guidance, training and resources to schools in Wales to support practitioners in planning, designing and implementing an inclusive curriculum.
