Will the Minister provide an update on perinatal mental health services for women and their babies in Arfon?

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is responsible for delivering perinatal mental health services within north Wales. These services have been supported by additional service improvement funding. We will shortly be providing an update on perinatal services to the Children, Young People and Education Committee.

What steps is the Welsh Government taking to tackle inequality in the treatment of black, Asian and minority ethnic patients within the NHS?

The priority actions for health within the Welsh Government's 'Anti-racist Wales Action Plan', published in July 2022, seek to catalyse change and provide a strong evidence base for organisations to take targeted action to address inequalities, discrimination and barriers for black, Asian and minority ethnic patients.
