Will the First Minister outline the current challenges for recruitment into the NHS in North Wales?

The Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board currently employs historically high numbers of staff, despite a challenging recruitment market nationally and internationally. This means more doctors, nurses, allied health professionals and healthcare scientists delivering services for the people of north Wales.
