NNDM7127 - No Named Day Motion Debate

To propose that the National Assembly for Wales:

1. Notes the High Court ruling that the former First Minister, Carwyn Jones, unlawfully interfered with the independent investigation into his handling of the sacking of Carl Sargeant.

2. Notes the investigation closure minute published by the Welsh Government on 11 July 2019.

3. Requires the Permanent Secretary of the Welsh Government, acting in accordance with Section 37(1)(b) of the Government of Wales Act 2006,  to produce for the purposes of the Assembly, with appropriate redactions to ensure anonymity of witnesses, the full report of the investigation into whether there was any evidence of prior unauthorised sharing of information relating to the November 2017 Ministerial reshuffle, including all notes of interviews conducted as part of the inquiry.
