Good morning. I welcome Members and the public to this meeting of the Local Government, Housing and Planning Committee. Apologies have already been received from Peter Fox and Anthony Slaughter, and we are awaiting news from David Hughes, who has indicated that he may be unable to attend. Please note that the public items of the meeting are being broadcast live on Senedd.tv and a Record of Proceedings will be published. The meeting is bilingual and simultaneous interpretation from Welsh to English is available. Before we proceed, are there any declarations of interest from any committee members with respect to this meeting? None. Okay.
