Cofnodir y trafodion yn yr iaith y llefarwyd hwy ynddi yn y pwyllgor. Yn ogystal, cynhwysir trawsgrifiad o’r cyfieithu ar y pryd. Lle mae cyfranwyr wedi darparu cywiriadau i’w tystiolaeth, nodir y rheini yn y trawsgrifiad.

Dechreuodd y cyfarfod am 14:00.
The meeting began at 14:00.
I welcome members of the public and Members to this afternoon's meeting of the External Affairs and Additional Legislation Committee. I will do our usual housekeeping. Can I remind Members that the meeting is bilingual, and therefore headphones can be used for simultaneous translation from Welsh to English? That's on channel 1. They can also be used for amplification if that's required, and that's on channel 0. Can I remind members to turn their mobile phones or any other electronic equipment off or to put them on silent so that they don’t interfere with the broadcasting equipment? There's no scheduled fire alarm this afternoon, so, if one does occur, please follow the directions of the ushers to a safe location. Do any Members wish to declare an interest at this point in time on the business of today? We've received apologies from Delyth Jewell and Alun Davies, and no substitutes have been identified.
Moving on to item 2, which is papers to note, we've received three items here. Paper 1 is written evidence received from Dr Jack Simson Caird in relation to the scrutiny of UK-wide common policy frameworks. Are Members content to note that written evidence?
Content.
The second paper is a paper on international agreements by Ricardo Pereira. Are Members content to note that evidence?
Content.
And the third one is a response from the Counsel General and Brexit Minister to the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee regarding Wales’s changing constitution, and where he responds to seven questions from the Constitutional and Legislative Affairs Committee. Are Members content to note that at this point in time?
Content.
Thank you very much for that.

The next item on business is a motion under Standing Order 17.42(vi) and 17.42(ix) to resolve to exclude the public from the remainder of the day's meeting. Are Members content to go into private session?
