Good morning, everyone. Welcome to this meeting of the Finance Committee. I remind you, as I usually do at the start of the meeting, that there are headsets available for translation and for amplification, if you need it. Fe welwch chi fod yna nifer o bapurau i'w nodi: llythyr gan y Gweinidog Iechyd a Gwasanaethau Cymdeithasol ar y Bil Awtistiaeth (Cymru); mae yna lythyr gan y Gweinidog Cyllid a'r Trefnydd ar gynllun gwaith polisi treth Llywodraeth Cymru ar gyfer 2019; ac mae yna lythyr gan Swyddfa Archwilio Cymru ar gynllun pensiwn y gwasanaeth sifil; ynghyd â thri set o gofnodion o gyfarfodydd y pwyllgor hwn a gynhaliwyd ar 14 Chwefror, 20 Chwefror a 7 Mawrth. A ydy Aelodau'n hapus i nodi'r rheini gyda'i gilydd? Iawn, diolch yn fawr iawn.
We move on, therefore, to the second item—papers to note. You'll see that there are a number of papers to note: a letter from the Minister for Health and Social Services on the Autism (Wales) Bill; there's a letter from the Minister for Finance and Trefnydd on the Welsh Government's tax policy work plan for 2019; and a letter from the Wales Audit Office on the civil service pension scheme; as well as three sets of minutes of the committee meetings held on 14 February, 20 February and 7 March. Are Members content to note those? Yes, thank you very much.

With that, therefore, we'll move on to the next item, which is moving into private session in order to have a technical briefing on the Senedd and Elections (Wales) Bill. So, in accordance with Standing Order 17.42(vi), I propose that the committee resolves to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting. Are Members content with that?
