Will the Minister make a statement in relation to government-owned property that was acquired in anticipation of building the M4 Relief Road?

Following the recent announcement by the First Minister not to proceed with the M4 Project, an expert Commission will now look at alternatives. Until this work has been completed, it is not intended to sell land and property currently owned by Welsh Government; the majority of which is profitably tenanted. Arrangements shall be reviewed as necessary on a case by case basis, such as at the end of tenancy agreements.
