In relation to WAQ78276, will the Minister confirm whether the Welsh Government have informed the local authority of the potential breach and, if so, when any such notification was made?

Officials have had contact with officers of the council during consideration of this case and I have written to the Cabinet Member for Planning and Regeneration drawing his attention to the written statement issued on 15 May.
