Which Minister is accountable to the National Assembly for Wales on matters relating to the Welsh Government civil service?

Whilst I retain a close interest in ensuring that the Welsh Government’s civil service supports Ministers to deliver for Wales, I have delegated responsibility for the management of the civil service to the Permanent Secretary.
