Will the Minister state how many businesses have received grants from the Welsh Government during 2015/16, 2016/17, and 2017/18, and provide a list of all those which have subsequently been awarded or successful in applying for Welsh Government contracts/tenders?

This information could only be provided at disproportionate cost.
The information on who has received a grant is readily available from the Welsh Government’s payment systems. However, we cannot then easily reconcile this with companies who have been successful in applying for a tender via our procurement processes due to the high volume of organisations involved and this requiring manual reconciliation
