What steps is the Welsh Government taking to encourage local authorities to unlock inactive trusts in Wales?

I am aware of the guide published by the Community Foundation to encourage local authorities to work with their local Community Foundation to utilise inactive Charitable Trusts and will remind chief finance officers of the importance of reviewing any they hold.
