Will the Cabinet Secretary make a commitment to bring forward a database in Wales, similar to the UK Environment Agency's online register of enforcement actions database, which provides information on all formal cautions and prosecutions against companies, to assist consumers in making an educated choice in sourcing poultry products?
Natural Resources Wales (NRW) already maintains a public register of information in relation to the environmental permits they have issued. The public register includes the application, the permit and associated monitoring data, inspection records and enforcement information. It can be accessed by contacting NRW directly. In addition, NRW is in the process of developing an online platform for public register information.
