WAQ76321 Tabled on 13/04/2018

Will the Cabinet Secretary provide details of all the criteria that must be met by Wales's national parks and areas of outstanding natural beauty to receive some of the £3.4 million that has been made available, and explain how much will be allocated to each National Park or AONB?

Answered by Minister for Environment Answered on 23/04/2018

This additional funding has been allocated to unfunded projects and pressures submitted by the designated landscapes authorities. The activities are aligned with the strategic priorities letter for the core revenue grant and with the respective National Park’s statutory management plan. For the Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty the activity is aligned to their Sustainable Development Fund Grant.
