Will the Cabinet Secretary confirm when the review of the Eating Disorders – A Framework for Wales June 2009 will commence, and advise as to how interested parties will be able to make submissions to it?
The review is being led by Dr Jacinta Tan of Swansea University, a well respected expert in the field of eating disorders. Dr Tan is currently in the forming stage of her work, scoping activity and developing her engagement strategy. This engagement will include a series of Design Workshops for people with lived experience of eating disorders, their families and the public.
Gemma Johns gemma.johns@swansea.ac.uk will be coordinating attendance at these workshops.
The review will include an online survey in English and Welsh in order for more members of the public, including those who cannot attend a workshop, to be able to give us their views and wishes regarding eating disorder services.
