What was the recruitment and appointment process for the interim managing director of Transport Wales?

Mr. Nick Gregg was appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director to the Transport for Wales Board following a public appointment recruitment process. I subsequently appointed Mr. Gregg as Interim Chair of the Transport for Wales Board, for a period of up to 12 months, on the basis that a recruitment process to appoint a Chair will be completed within this time period. Transport for Wales does not have an Interim Managing Director role within its current organisational structure.
