OPIN-2018-0099 Welsh Companies support Keep Me Posted Campaign (e) Tabled on 25/06/2018

This Assembly:
1. Welcomes the Keep Me Posted campaign to ensure Welsh consumers maintain the right to choose paper bills and statements.
2. Notes consumers in Wales are disproportionately affected by the switch to digital, with greater levels of digital exclusion than the rest of the United Kingdom.
3. Congratulates Dwr Cymru and Principality Building Society as Welsh businesses that have been awarded Keep Me Posted Best Practice Mark of Distinction for committing to consumer choice.
4. Calls on other Welsh organisations to sign up to the Keep Me Posted campaign and affirm their commitment to offering consumers paper bills and statements.
