National Assembly for Wales

This Assembly:

1. Notes an overwhelming majority of AMs previously voted to write to the UK government to back the devolution of decisions around the regulation of medicinal cannabis.

2. Further notes the cases of Billie Caldwell and Alfie Dingley, who are being tragically denied life-saving access to cannabis-based medicine.

3. Believes that medicinal use of cannabis should be legalised.

4. Calls for the Welsh Government to start planning for the moment it is given responsibility for this matter.
