This Assembly:
1. Supports calls for all schools to be encouraged to improve identification, support and outcomes for young carers.
2. Celebrates the work of Carers Trust Wales and pilot schools across Wales in developing good practice in the identification and support of young carers at school.
3. Recognises the valuable resources piloted by Carers Trust Wales and their potential to have a positive impact on outcomes for young carers if implemented.
4. Recognises the importance of ensuring all schools in Wales are ambitious in their aspirations for young carers in terms of academic attainment and broader health and wellbeing.
