Will the First Minister make a statement on the Welsh Government's priorities for health services in Pembrokeshire?

We will continue to work with Hywel Dda Local Health Board to provide the people of Pembrokeshire with health services that deliver the best possible outcomes for patients. The health board is currently consulting on its proposals to transform community and hospital services in west Wales.

Will the First Minister make a statement on local authority funding in North Wales?

The  six North Wales local authorities received over £708 million of core funding from the revenue support grant in 2018-19 in addition to other funding available to them, including specific grants, council tax and income from fees and charges.

Will the First Minister make a statement on rural bus services in Arfon?

The Welsh Government recognises that a sustainable bus network is vital to people who live in our rural and otherwise remote communities. Working with our partners, we continue to provide funding and other support to achieve that outcome.

What action is the Welsh Government taking to improve public health among children and young people?

Our national strategy, 'Prosperity for All', sets out a broad range of actions to promote good health and well-being for everyone, with a particular focus on children and young people. Examples include expansion of immunisation programmes, work through schools, actions to prevent adverse childhood experiences, and investment in active travel.

Will the First Minister make a statement on how the Welsh Government facilitates recreational activities?

Our national strategy, 'Prosperity for All', sets out that we want a healthy and active Wales. The Welsh Government works closely with a number of partners to support a range of programmes and services so people of all ages can participate in recreational activities, which benefit both physical and mental well-being.

In light of a recent BBC report about sexual harassment and bullying, what discussions has the First Minister had with the Assembly Commission about protecting staff in the Assembly from inappropriate behaviour?

The Presiding Officer and I discussed the report at our last meeting, and there is simply no place for any inappropriate behaviour in the workplace. It is essential that individuals are able to raise concerns without fear of intimidation and that these concerns are fully investigated and dealt with.

What discussions has the First Minister held regarding the transition period that will come into effect after the UK leaves the EU on 29 March 2019?

As I made clear to UK Government Ministers at the British-Irish Council in Guernsey on Friday, a 'no deal' would be catastrophic for Wales and the UK as a whole. Transition is therefore vital. I pressed again for the UK Government’s forthcoming White Paper to signal a change of direction.
