Will the First Minister make a statement on how the Welsh Government is supporting farmers in Pembrokeshire?

The Welsh Government will support the farming industry in Pembrokeshire, as in all parts of Wales, to become more profitable, sustainable, resilient and professionally managed. Over 1,800 businesses in the region have signed up to Farming Connect, a vital element of our support to farming, food and forestry businesses.

Will the First Minister make a statement on the regulation of intensive poultry farming in Wales?

Intensive poultry farms are regulated by Natural Resources Wales under the environmental permitting regulations. Consideration of the environmental impacts of any new poultry unit is carried out by local planning authorities as part of the planning process.

What action is the Welsh Government taking to improve access to GPs in north Wales?

We are investing in the GP workforce of the future in Wales and since the launch of our 'Train. Work. Live.' campaign we have overfilled GP training places in Wales for the first time. We have also filled training places in areas that have been traditionally hard to recruit to.

We are committed to offering 30 hours of Government-funded early education and childcare to three and four-year-olds of working parents for up to 48 weeks a year.

Will the First Minister make a statement on support for active travel in Wales?

We are pushing forward to realise our ambitions for active travel with the announcement of a significant boost to the funding for active travel now that local authorities have completed their integrated network maps. I am confident that we will see an increase in levels of active travel over time.
