Eating a healthy balanced diet accompanied by regular exercise is essential to maintaining physical and mental health and well-being. This can reduce the risk of major illnesses, such as heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and cancer.

Will the First Minister support calls for Wales to become a credit union nation?

I am happy to give my support. Welsh Government recognises the valuable role credit unions play in providing ethical financial services and products to a wide range of customers across Wales. The work to broaden employer payroll deduction schemes will help to meet this ambition and benefit employees and employers.
