1. Cyflwyniad, ymddiheuriadau, dirprwyon a datgan buddiannau
1. Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest

Good afternoon. Can I welcome Members and the public to this afternoon's meeting of the External Affairs and Additional Legislation Committee? Can I remind Members that the meeting is bilingual? If you require simultaneous translation from Welsh to English, that's available, using the headphones, on channel 1. If you require amplification, that's also available on the headphones, using channel 0. Can I remind Members please to put their mobile phones on silent or off, and any other equipment that may interfere with broadcasting? There is no scheduled fire alarm this afternoon, so, if one does take place, please follow the directions of the ushers to a safe location. At this point, do any Members wish to declare an interest? Not at this point.

2. Papurau i’w nodi
2. Papers to note

We move on to item 2 of business, which are the papers to note. The first one is a letter from the Chair of the House of Lords European Union Committee, Lord Kinnoull, regarding continuing engagement with the devolved legislatures. This will be discussed in more detail in item 5 this afternoon. So, are Members prepared to note the paper at this point in time for future discussions? They are. Thank you.

The second letter to note is correspondence from the Counsel General and Brexit Minister regarding additional information following the scrutiny session on 27 January. Are Members content to note that at this point? I'm going to ask about one other item. If you did read the letter, in the last paragraph, it highlighted the fact that he was still waiting for a response and clarification from the Home Office. I think that we, as a committee, should write to the Home Office to ask for that clarification, to see if we can get that detail available to us. It is important for the tier 2 visas and implications for our businesses in Wales. Okay. Then we'll do that. Thank you.
