Good morning. Welcome to you all to the Finance Committee this morning. Could I note that headsets are available for translation or sound amplification? Could I remind Members to ensure that any electronic devices are on silent, and could I ask whether Members have any interests to declare? No.

Mae yna bapur i’w nodi sydd yn llythyr gan y Gweinidog Cyllid a'r Trefnydd ar yr ail gyllideb atodol. Mae yna lythyr gan y Gweinidog cyllid hefyd ar ymgynghoriad Llywodraeth Cymru ar ddiwygio Gorchymyn Deddf Llywodraeth Cymru 2006 (Cynigion Cyllidebol a Chyrff Dynodedig) 2018. Ac mae yna lythyr gan Archwilydd Cyffredinol Cymru at Gadeirydd y Pwyllgor Cydraddoldeb, Llywodraeth Leol a Chymunedau ynglŷn ag ymgynghoriad ar y Bil Llywodraeth Leol ac Etholiadau (Cymru). Therefore, we'll move on to the next item, which is papers to note. You'll see that there is a copy of the minutes of the meeting from 27 November. There's a paper that is a letter from the Minister for Finance and Trefnydd on the second supplementary budget. There's a letter from the Minister for Finance and Trefnydd on the Welsh Government's consultation to amend the Government of Wales Act 2006 (Budget Motions and Designated Bodies) Order 2018. And there's a letter from the Auditor General for Wales to the Chair of the Equality, Local Government and Communities Committee on the consultation on the Local Government and Elections (Wales) Bill. Are Members content to note those papers? Good. Thank you very much.
