Good morning and welcome to the meeting of the Finance Committee this morning. I'm pleased that people have arrived safely, but I do have apologies from Nick Ramsay and Steffan Lewis. Oh, no—there are no apologies from Nick Ramsay.
Normally, people forget to give apologies; they don't apologise for the person sitting there. [Laughter.]
They apologise for them being present.
The supermarket I was supposed to open is not opening now because of the weather, so you've been graced with my presence.

I ask Members to note a letter from the Minister for Housing and Regeneration to the Finance Committee on the Regulation of Registered Social Landlords (Wales) Bill and the minutes of the meeting held on 14 February. Are you happy to note those papers?
