May I welcome everyone to this meeting of the Equality, Local Government and Communities Committee. Item 1 on our agenda is introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest. We've had one apology from Rhianon Passmore. Are there any declarations of interest? No.
We will move on, then, to item 2: papers to note. We have four papers before us today. Paper 1 relates to rough-sleeping in Wales. Papers 2 to 3 relate to making the economy work for people on low incomes, and the final paper is a response from the Department for Work and Pensions to our letter of October with regard to welfare reform. Is committee content to note those papers? Yes. Thank you very much.
