1. Cyflwyniad, ymddiheuriadau, dirprwyon a datgan buddiannau
1. Introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest

Bore da. Good morning. Croeso i chi i gyd. Welcome, everybody, to this public session of the Special Purpose Committee on Senedd Reform. We're very briefly in public today, before we go into private session to discuss a range of matters. We are quorate here. Elin Jones, who's here in observer status, is slightly delayed, but she's on the way to us and she'll be here for the private session. But, otherwise, all Members are here for this committee session. In which case, we need—. Just to remind colleagues, we need to start today's session in public because we're going into deliberation on our proposals and on the report. But most of the matters we'll discuss today will be in private, and then we'll bring back in due course our deliberations.

So, with that, and if I can just check with my clerking team, that's all we need to do in terms of the business in public today. So, if anybody is watching from out there, and you're disappointed that we're not here for long, we are now going into a few hours of work in private session.

2. Cynnig o dan Reol Sefydlog 17.42(ix) i benderfynu gwahardd y cyhoedd o weddill y cyfarfod
2. Motion under Standing Order 17.42(ix) to resolve to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting

Cynnig:

bod y pwyllgor yn penderfynu gwahardd y cyhoedd o weddill y cyfarfod yn unol â Rheol Sefydlog 17.42(ix).

Motion:

that the committee resolves to exclude the public from the remainder of the meeting in accordance with Standing Order 17.42(ix).

Cynigiwyd y cynnig.

Motion moved.

So, could I just ask Members, if they're happy, in accordance with I believe it's Standing Order 17.42, to move into private session? There we are. In that case, we'll move into private.

Derbyniwyd y cynnig.

Daeth rhan gyhoeddus y cyfarfod i ben am 09:31.

Motion agreed.

The public part of the meeting ended at 09:31.
