Welcome, everyone, to this most recent meeting of the Health, Social Care and Sport Committee here at the Senedd. Under item 1—introductions, apologies, substitutions and declarations of interest—may I welcome my fellow Members to this committee meeting, and explain that the meeting will be bilingual? You can use headphones to hear simultaneous translation from Welsh to English on channel 1, or for amplification of the original contribution on channel 2. If a fire alarm should sound, then please do follow the directions from the ushers. We have received apologies from Angela Burns, and Darren Millar will attend as a substitute on her behalf.

Under item 2—papers to note—Members will have seen the following letters, and there's a whole host on them. A letter from the Minister for Health and Social Services regarding Healthcare Inspectorate Wales. A letter from the Deputy Minister for Health and Social Services regarding the Welsh community care information system. A letter from the Minister for Health and Social Services regarding the Nurse Staffing Levels (Wales) Act 2016. A letter from the Minister for Health and Social Services regarding autism services in Wales. Another letter from the Deputy Minister for Health and Social Services regarding a loneliness and social isolation strategy for Wales. Another letter again from the Deputy Minister for Health and Social Services regarding the all-Wales medical performers list. A letter from the Welsh Government regarding community and district nursing services. And a letter from the Wales Institute for Physical Literacy at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David regarding the report on the physical activity of children and young people. Any comments or is everyone content to note those papers? Helen.
I don't want to delay us, but I was a bit disappointed with the response about the powers of independence of Healthcare Inspectorate Wales. I'm not suggesting necessarily we do anything about it now, but it is just something to note, and something we might want to come back to.

Just to say that, obviously, that letter also covers issues around specialist child and adolescent mental health services in-patient provision and we are going to pick those up with the Minister when he comes in for scrutiny for the 'Mind over matter' follow-up in June.
