Good afternoon and can I welcome Members and the public to this afternoon's meeting of the External Affairs and Additional Legislation Committee? Can I remind Member that the meeting is bilingual? Please can I remind you to turn your mobile phones off, or any other equipment which may interfere with the broadcasting equipment? There are no scheduled fire alarms today, so if one occurs, follow the directions of the ushers, please.
